What are void works?
Void works are repairs, redecoration and refurbishment carried out while a rental property is empty, usually between tenancies. The scope depends on the property’s condition.
What does landlord maintenance cover?
We help with repairs, decorating, upkeep and between-tenancy works. Book a single job or discuss ongoing maintenance for your rental property. We do not offer tenant finding, rent collection or tenancy administration.
Do you offer emergency attendance?
Call to check current availability and describe the issue. Attendance times are agreed when booking; the website does not book an emergency response.
How much will the work cost?
